How to start using Bold through Renew Active

New to Bold?

  1. Sign up for a Bold account.

  2. Enter your name, email, and date of birth.

  3. Enter your Renew Active by UnitedHealthcare confirmation code if more information is needed.

    Tip: You can find this code by logging in to your UnitedHealthcare member portal

  4. Answer questions to get your personalized exercise program in 5 minutes.

  5. Start your free fitness journey with Bold today!

Already a Bold member?

  1. Sign in to your Bold account.

  2. Go to the Settings page.

  3. Scroll to ‘Plan’ and click ‘Recheck my eligibility.’

  4. Enter your information and Renew Active confirmation code.

  5. Once verified, you’ll unlock full access to your personalized Bold program.

How to access the Renew Active portal

To find your confirmation code and explore other plan benefits, log in to your UnitedHealthcare account and navigate to the Renew Active section. You'll find more details about your UnitedHealthcare fitness benefit.
