I’m an experienced nurse practitioner with a background in geriatrics, weight management, aesthetics, and wound care. Prior to advancing my degree, I worked as an ICU nurse for 7 years. As your provider, I’ll help you identify age-related issues and build healthy habits to address them.

Healthy aging tip

Try to pair a healthy carb (whole grains, fruits or vegetables) with a lean protein (low-fat dairy, poultry, eggs, etc.) for each meal and snack. This will help support your energy levels and improve satiety.
