Chris Stanley

Chris is a Pilates instructor and former professional dancer with over 20 years of experience. He discovered Pilates during his dance career in Los Angeles and has taught at top studios across the city. At Bold, Chris leads full-body Pilates classes that build strength and flexibility, and connect the body, brain, and breath. He brings creativity, precision, and a dancer’s insight to every class.
