Bold’s Move for Good Challenge
Introducing Bold's Move for Good Challenge: Take 5 classes in November and we'll donate to Meals on Wheels America.
What is the Move for Good Challenge?
Bold's Move for Good Challenge is a special opportunity exclusively for Bold members that combines movement, healthy aging, and philanthropy.
Here's how it works: complete 5 classes during the month of November, and Bold will make a donation on your behalf. Bold is proud to support Meals on Wheels America through this campaign, helping advance their national efforts to address senior hunger and isolation.
What is Meals on Wheels America?
Meals on Wheels America is the leadership organization supporting a nationwide network of more than 5,000 community-based providers dedicated to addressing senior hunger and isolation. Through this network, older adults across the country receive nutritious meals, friendly visits, and safety checks that help them remain healthy and independent at home.
Why Meals on Wheels America?
Bold is committed to helping seniors age well and maintain independence. Meals on Wheels America shares this goal by supporting local providers that deliver nutritious meals and meaningful social connections to older adults in need. Powered by a trusted volunteer workforce, this network delivers a comprehensive solution that begins with a meal and is proven to enable independence and well-being through the additional benefits of tailored nutrition, social connection, safety and much more.
Bold makes movement accessible through online exercise classes you can do from home. Together, movement, proper nutrition, and meaningful social connections create a powerful foundation for healthy aging.
